Session Description

This program is designed for chief staff officers and chief elected leaders to attend together. You and chief elected officer will work together to develop collaborative leadership strategies to better guide your organization. The discussion will include the association management environment, how staff and volunteer leaders can be effective partners, developing a vision, effective communications, defining roles and addressing best practices for an effective outcome.

About the Session Leader

Linda Ridge has worked in association management for more than four decades; the first ten years in executive staff positions and since 1981 as an association consultant and volunteer leader. Linda is President of OnPoint Solutions, Inc. and is also President and CEO of its partner organization, Brutlag & Associates. Her background includes extensive organizational development experience with specialized expertise in association leadership development, governance modernization and operations retooling.

Cost - On or Before September 1
Members $450 per team of registrants (staff leader and volunteer leader).
$225 additional registrant (if you’d like to bring an additional volunteer leader)

Non-Members $550 per team of registrants (staff leader and volunteer leader).
$275 additional registrant (if you’d like to bring an additional volunteer leader)

Cost - After September 1
Members $500 per team of registrants (staff leader and volunteer leader).
$250 additional registrant (if you’d like to bring an additional volunteer leader)

Non-Members $600 per team of registrants (staff leader and volunteer leader).
$300 additional registrant (if you’d like to bring an additional volunteer leader)

Registration fees include continental breakfast and lunch.
