Facilitated Discussions on Leadership
This workshop will be based on Michael
Kumer's keynote presentation. In this workshop, participants, on a
table-by-table basis, will:
a) Identify critical issues/problems/challenges
b) Brainstorm myriad ways of addressing those issues, and
c) Prioritize the possible solutions, with emphasis on those that could
have the most positive and powerful impact on the organization.
The purpose of the exercise is two-fold:
a) Identify and solve a specific challenge, and
b) Model the art of facilitation, providing participants with confidence
that they can replicate the process within their organizations.
